5 Tips to Get More Online Bookings

A booking page doesn't promote itself

You've set everything up. Services, prices, availability. It all looks great. But the bookings aren't coming in. Why?

Probably because your clients don't know it exists. A booking page isn't a shop on a busy street. You need to put it in front of people.

1. Put your link everywhere

Your Instagram bio, your Facebook page, your WhatsApp status, your email signature. Anywhere your clients might look. This costs nothing and takes 5 minutes.

2. Get a Google Business Profile

If someone nearby searches for what you do, and you don't have a Google Business Profile, they won't find you. It's free, and you can add your booking link directly. We wrote a separate post about this.

3. Ask for reviews

I know, it feels awkward. But positive Google reviews make a real difference. At the end of an appointment, just say: "If you were happy with today, a quick Google review would really help me out." Most people are fine with that.

4. QR code in your workspace

Print a QR code and stick it at the counter, on the door, or on your business card. Client scans it with their phone and they're on your booking page. You can generate QR codes for free online.

5. Mention it in every post

If you post on Instagram or Facebook (and you should), always add something like "Book online, link in bio" at the end. Every single time. It won't annoy people. They don't see all your posts, so for someone, it'll be the first time they notice.
